The OM 16 Mar 2023 resolution (2023-03-16_2023_03_16_Ordinary_Meeting_Minutes_minutes.txt lines 790-793) authorises the CEO to enter the agreement "in accordance with Attachment 1" and does not restate the amount. Cr Stockwell declared a prescribed conflict (business relationship with HL&W) and left the room.
