Council documents
Council publishes documents. It does not publish a list of them, so there has been no way to see a series whole — to ask whether every annual report since 2014 is still up, or what the financial performance reports show month after month. This is 154 documents we hold, grouped into the 9 series they belong to.
We link council's copy; we do not host it. This is a finding aid, not a mirror. Every entry points at council's own file where that file still exists, and each link was checked by fetching it and comparing it byte for byte against the copy we hold — not by matching a filename.
Where council has replaced a document, we say so. Some documents are revised in place at the same address: council's awarded-contracts register is on its forty-second version. When that happens the old version stops existing anywhere on council's site. We hold one, and the entry records the date we took it.
The series
Grouped the way council files them, not the way we downloaded them. Council's own document paths are the authority for what a document is — five registers of interest reached us filed as policies, and council's address for them says plainly that they are not.
