    That Council note the report by the Project Manager to the Special Meeting dated 30 November 2022 and award contract T000081 for the design and construction of refurbishment works to the Noosa Waters Lock and Weir system to Kellybourke Pty Ltd for the amount of $1,822,037 excluding GST with the understanding that the cost will be refunded to Noosa Council via the established levy system.
