    That Council note the report on Proposed Amendments to Noosa Plan 2020 by the Strategic Planning team to the Special Meeting of 31 January 2023 and A. Propose to amend Noosa Plan 2020 in accordance with this report and Attachments 1 - 3, in accordance with Part 3 Division 2 of the Planning Act 2016; with the exception of the changes identified in Confidential Attachments to the Minutes as listed; i. Attachment 1 to the minutes ii. Attachment 2 to the minutes iii. Attachment 3 to the minutes B. Submit the proposed planning scheme amendments to the Chief Executive, State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning for the purpose of State Interest Review; C. Authorise the CEO to make any further minor administrative changes necessary to the proposed amendments to the Noosa Plan 2020 ready for the Queensland State Interest Review; D. Note the proposed Communications Strategy and action plan Attachments 4 and 5, and E. Note that a further draft of the planning scheme will be presented to Council following the State Interest Review for the purpose of endorsement ready for community consultation and public notification.
