    That Council note the report by the Environment Officer (Rivers and Coast) to the Special Meeting dated 28 November 2019 and A. Endorse the Draft Noosa River Plan as provided at Attachment 1 for the purpose of further community consultation subject to: 1 The vision statement on page 5 being amended to read: “Our vision is that the Noosa River is recognised as the healthiest and most biodiverse system in South East Queensland. Our aim is to manage and protect the catchment's waterways and wetlands to achieve the greatest possible level of community well-being, now and in the future."; and 2 Endorsing the community consultation to begin 2 December 2019, rather than 29 November 2019 as stated in the report; and B. Authorise the Chief Executive Officer to make minor amendments to the document prior to publication Amendment 1

    That Council note the report by the Environment Officer (Rivers and Coast) to the Special Meeting dated 28 November 2019 and A. Endorse the Draft Noosa River Plan as provided at Attachment 1 for the purpose of further community consultation subject to: 1.
