Provide a copy of the Consultation Report to each person who made a properly made submission, make the Consultation Report available on Council’s website and available to inspect at Council’s Tewantin administration office; Consideration of Planning Scheme and Planning Scheme Policies C. Endorse the Planning Scheme Noosa Plan 2020 and Planning Scheme Policies as at Attachments 2- 25 (track change and clean versions and resolve to proceed with the proposed planning scheme as amended in response to submissions and errors/fix ups and give notice to the Minister requesting adoption of the Planning Scheme (Noosa Plan 2020); Consideration of other Planning Issues D. Authorise the CEO to make any minor changes to the Noosa Plan 2020 prior to sign off by the Minister for adoption; F. Advise the Minister of Council’s current program for completing its Climate Change Adaptation Plan and Coastal Hazards Adaptation Plan which may inform future amendments to the Noosa Plan and further advise the Minister that the Council would accept a requirement that it must review the Noosa Plan 2020 once the Climate Change Adaptation Plan and Coastal Hazards Adaptation Plan have been finalised; G. Advise the Minister of Council’s current program for updating its cultural heritage information which may inform future amendments to the Noosa Plan; and H. Note the draft Local Law for Short Term letting is under review in response to submissions, propose that further consultation with stakeholders occurs in finalising the Local Law prior to reporting back to Council;
