Agree to enter a new commercial lease agreement with Eco Cottages Pty Ltd, commencing on the expiry of Eco Cottages’ existing lease in November 2021, as generally outlined in the report; and B. Agree to enter into a short-term interim permit for use of the 200m2 balance area of the site up to the November 2021 lease commencement date.
