That the CEO be requested to include a review of the operating hours of licenced premises which includes outdoor dining as part of the next package of amendments of the Noosa Plan 2020 and that as part of that review process, consultation occur with the community and business associations. Following this review, the applicant may make an application to Council to change the development approval conditions to be consistent with any planning scheme amendments made as part of this review.
