That Council note the report by the Community Development Officer (Sport and Recreation) to the Services & Organisation Committee Meeting dated 8 February 2022) and: A. Approve the submission of a Building Better Regions Fund Round 6 application for a $3 million $4,145,000 project to construct the Noosa District Sports Complex Internal Road and Pathway upgrade with 50% ($1,500,000 $2,072,500) to be funded through Council’s budget and the remaining 50% funded through the BBRF grant, pending a successful outcome. B. Supplement the 2023/2024 budget with an additional $600,000 $1,172,500 Council general revenue funding to increase the budget allocation of Council funds to $1,500,000 $2,072,500 in total, subject to any reallocation between financial years should the grant be successful and there be capacity to deliver the project early.

Set fees and charges for the Noosa Holiday Parks to align with the cessation of the end of the July 2023 Queensland school holidays; and B. Adopt the Proposed General Cost Recovery Fees and Commercial Charges schedule for Noosa Holiday Parks for the period ending Monday 10 July 2023 as detailed in the tables contained within the report.
