    That Council note the report by the Property Advisor – Commercial Property to the Services and Organisation Committee Meeting dated 8 November 2022 and: A. Set fees and charges for the Noosa Holiday Parks to align with the cessation of the end of the July 2024 Queensland school holidays; and B. Adopt the Proposed General Cost Recovery Fees and Commercial Charges schedule for Noosa Holiday Parks for the period ending Sunday 7 July 2024 as detailed in the tables contained within the report.
